| When a customer engages iTCO to deliver
a service, it can fall into one of two separate categories.
We will either be:
- Developing and deploying a new solution.
- Operating and supporting existing technology
To aid our Engineers in the delivery of a consistent
high quality service, iTCO has developed two methodologies.
We have based these methodologies on proven industry
standards such as:
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- Microsoft Operations Framework
- Microsoft Solutions Framework
- Lean
- Six Sigma
Our methodology is agnostic to vendor, product, or
technology. Our use of Microsoft Frameworks recognizes
their usefulness but does not impart any predilection
to their products. iTCO has designed these methodologies
to meet the requirements of ISO 9000:2000 Standards.
These standards define international credibility to
quality systems. |

| Security
Assurance |
| The foundation of
both our methodologies is to deliver business solutions
securely. The confidentiality, integrity and availability
of the solution are to be assured and proved through
test and audit. IT assets are assessed to determine
an appropriate level of security through risk management.
Once this is set and documented, a combination of security
tests, penetration tests, and audits are used to ensure
compliance.
