The successful candidate will have solid
experience following system development lifecycles and
project management methodologies. This position requires
strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and
outstanding communications skills (written, verbal,
and presentation). This individual will interface with
numerous groups and must be able to quickly form productive
and positive working relationships with staff with varying
technical backgrounds and skill levels across the organization.
The candidate will be required to lead and motivate
development teams working within defined project schedules;
the successful candidate must be a team player and enjoy
working with other people on challenging projects. The
candidate should have demonstrated experience with IT
development methodologies (Software - (SDLC) or hardware)
and Infrastructure Integration. You will also be working
with the business community and will need to be able
to articulate technical solutions/challenges to the
business and work with them to come to resolution. The
candidate should have significant experience managing
the technical components of large-scale projects and
must have achieved mastery in all aspects of project
management with emphasis on the technical aspects of
planning, execution and deployment. You must be a quick
learner with an assertive personality who can navigate
independently through multiple business units. Candidates
must have demonstrated success applying a variety of
development methodologies across a range of large, complex,
multiple-organization projects.
The ideal candidate must also demonstrate strong consulting
business development, business management, and staff
leadership skills. They must have excellent ability
to drive the engagement lifecycle from inception to
completion. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 7 years working experience in consulting,
client/project management, high-end professional services
business development or relevant management experience.
A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for planning and directing
delivery teams on each project assigned
- Oversee/monitor all other resources to ensure
the project is meeting all critical specifications
and is on schedule and within budget.
- Creates and delivers presentations on project
goals and plans, including progress reports.
- Analyze and resolve technical, resource loading,
and project integration issues.
- Understand the interdependencies of various
systems within and across projects.
- Review project documentation including test
plans and test cases for traceability, accuracy and
completeness. Organize and present ideas and information
logically and concisely.

Requirements
- Ability to work with both business and technology
staff in a team environment. Must have a balance of
business and technical skills. Must be able to think

- Strong analytical, documentation, and written
and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed project
plans (work breakdown structures).
- Experience in establishing project metrics.
- Experience preparing project oversight reports.
- Experience in system requirements development
and management.
- Experience with change management and issue
resolution.
- Experience with quality assurance measures,
including configuration control, software quality
assurance, and testing
- Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation.
