Citrix Associate Consultant candidates must effectively work with and take direction from sr. consultants, practice managers and customer representatives to test, deliver and support Citrix enterprise solutions. The applicants will have at least 2 years working knowledge of Citrix products and technologies in a support capacity.

Requirements:

•  Proven experience working on a team or individually supporting a Citrix environment
•  2 to 3 years of enterprise Citrix MPS 3.0 / 4.0, Access Gateway, Access Suite experience
•  Understanding of Network infrastructure (WAN/VPN)
•  CCA a must! CCEA and MCSE certifications are preferred. CCIA is strongly desired
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
•  Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required!
•  Must be flexible to travel from 25% - 50% if needed.
•  Must be a team player!

The individual should also have some basic knowledge of networking technologies in one or more of the following areas:

NT domain/Active Directory
W2K/2K3 or UNIX installation and configuration
Browsing and name resolution
Security
Routing
Firewall configuration
Networking
TCP/IP
Scripting
Application Development / SQL knowledge

Requirements:
Position requires a Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience and knowledge of system architecture and/or programming languages. Citrix CCEA and/or CCIA certification preferred. Candidate must have excellent customer service and be a team player!
